I’m often asked what I eat on a daily basis.  I also hear, “I know what’s healthy, but just don’t know how to plan a well-rounded daily menu.” Next week, I’ll have for you a five-day menu plan – breakfast, lunch, supper and two daily snacks.  The meals are quick and easy with ingredients you can find at any grocery store.
